Painted cupboard. This one-piece cupboard has an old red painted surface, now mellowed to a plum color. It sports a glass door above with 12 panes of mostly wavy glass over a paneled door opening onto a storage area with a single shelf. The cupboard is in very good condition, with wear commensurate with its age. Circa 1820, New England.
