Early Queen Anne lift-top blanket chest, pine. The chest sports two false drawers over two half drawers and three full drawers. The drawers are constructed with large dovetails and are surrounded by early double-arch molding. The chest is painted with the original red wash and features a high carved base with “Cupid’s bow” cutouts. Other features include wooden hinges, early hand-forged rose-headed and “T” nails, and old, possibly original brasses. The chest is in very good condition. Circa 1750, New England.

Long sawbuck farm table. The table sports a three-board scrubbed pine top with breadboard ends supported by a green painted sawbuck base, all constructed with early square nails. The top is pleasantly worn with ring stains and there is paint wear on the base. The table is sturdy and ready for everyday use. Early 19th century, New England.

Chippendale slant-front desk, maple. The desk sports four graduated drawers with original brasses, an interior with two long drawers, five small drawers and seven cubbies. The desk is in very good condition, having been professionally refinished. There are a few drawer lip repairs and the hinges appear to have been replaced. Late 18th century, likely New Hampshire.

Queen Anne highboy, butternut. The upper section sports an attractive cornice containing a secret drawer above four graduated drawers. The lower section sports a single wide drawer over three small drawers, and is supported by delicate cabriole legs ending in pad feet. The highboy is in very good condition with a warm honey finish. The brasses have been replaced, the drops on the apron are missing, there is minor damage to one brass backplate and wear commensurate with age and usage. From our own collection.
