Federal tilt-top candlestand, cherry and maple. The candlestand sports an octagonal top with inlaid trim, a nicely shaped post with attractive turnings and chip carving, supported by spider legs, all with a nice old patina. Circa 1800, New England.

Delft Posset Pot
Hard to find 17th Century Delft posset pot. The posset pot is 5¾” high, with blue and blue-black bird and foliage decoration. It is in good condition, with repairs to the handles, numerous small chips, cracks and hairlines. Circa 1690-1700, English.
The posset pot was a type of vessel used in England during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries for posset, a drink made from a mixture of curdled milk, spices, and alcohol.

Blue Mule Chest
Chippendale mule chest in blue paint, pine. The chest sports old 19th century blue paint over the original 18th century red, a hinged top with a molded edge, leather strap hinges, two drawers and a Chippendale bracket base. It is in fair to good condition, with drawer lip damage, repair to the proper right front foot, replaced brasses, replaced hinges and the expected wear and tear from age and usage. Hudson Valley Kas
Hudson Valley kas, gumwood and poplar. The kas sports an exaggerated stepped cornice, paneled doors and stiles, a shelved interior with a drawer, and a base with a drawer flanked by diamond molding and supported by large bun feet. The kas is dovetailed and constructed with early rose-headed nails. The cornice was cut at some point, probably to facilitate moving the kas out of a room. The kas is in very good condition, structurally sound, and displaying the expected wear and tear from age and usage. 18th century, Hudson Valley or possible New Jersey.

Portrait of a young girl, o/c, unsigned. The girl is said to be Mary Bartlett York. She is shown sitting on a sofa, wearing a blue dress and playing an instrument that appears to be a type of squeeze box. The painting is in good condition, having been professionally conserved with craquelure. Circa 1830-1840, New England.

Pilgrim Century Joined Chest
Pilgrim century joined chest, oak with a pine lid. The chest sports three large panels on the front and one panel on each end, decorated with edge molding. The back has three panels as well. The lid is attached with what appear to be original snipe hinges. The chest is in very good condition, having a very nice diminutive size, with attractive color and patina. Circa 1720, American.

Sponge Decorated Blanket Chest
Sponge decorated blanket chest, pine. The chest is beautifully decorated on three sides and the lid in ordered sponge decoration. It sports a lid with cast hinges over two drawers with oval brasses and is supported on French feet. The brasses have been replaced and the hinges have been reset. The paint is in excellent condition as is the rest of the chest. Circa 1830-1840, probably Pennsylvania.
