Early stretcher-base tavern table, maple. The table retains old Spanish brown paint and sports a beautiful three-board maple top with breadboard ends having great patina and wear. The stretcher base has one drawer, nicely turned legs and button feet. The table is in very good condition, with some shrinkage separation between the boards on the top and the expected wear and tear from age and usage. 18th century, New England.
