Early tavern table, pine. The table sports a nice old color, with a round top, nicely turned splayed legs, box stretchers and button feet. Its diminutive size makes it very useful in a variety of locations. The table is in good condition, with a repair to the top, a stable shrinkage crack on one leg and the expected wear and tear from age and usage. 18th century, New England.
