Painted country sideboard. The sideboard sports a pine top and a painted base with a central paneled door opening onto an interior with one fixed shelf, flanked on each side by three dovetailed drawers with wooden pulls. The sideboard is a very useful piece with an unusual configuration. It is in very good condition, with a pleasing old patina on the top. The paint on the base is a recent enhancement. Circa 1830-1840, New England.
