Unusually long bench table, hard pine. The table sports a two-board top with rounded edges and a beautiful soft patina, supported by a simple bench-form base with cut-out ends. The top is removable, attached to the base with wooden pins, and can also be tipped up to form a settle bench that would look beautiful next to a fireplace. The table is in very good condition with wear commensurate with its age, stable and ready for everyday use. Seats 10 comfortably. 19th century, American.
