Early adjustable candlestand. The candlestand is constructed with a large octagonal wooden base, a faceted central standard with a threaded top, and an adjustable candle arm with a candle holder at each end. It is in very good condition, sporting the original old color with remnants of early brown paint. Late 18th or early 19th century, New England.
