Chippendale chest of drawers, maple. The chest sports original Spanish Brown paint, a dovetailed case, applied edge moldings around the top, five overlapping graduated drawers, and high bracket feet. The brasses are replaced. The chest is in very good condition, displaying only the expected wear and tear from age and usage. Last quarter of the 18th century, probably coastal CT or MA.
