One-drawer night stand, cherry. The stand sports a top with projecting porringer corners, a single drawer framed by cross banding, and with ring turnings above swelled tapered and turned legs. The drawer is stamped “S. McCormick/NY”. The stand is in very good condition. (The missing piece of tiger maple inlay on the drawer front seen in the photos has now been replaced.) Circa 1810, New York.
