Paint decorated lift-top blanket chest. The blanket chest sports the original paint decoration, a single board lift top with original butt hinges, a lower lipped dovetailed drawer and a wonderful high scrolled base. It is in very good condition, with some light scuffing of the paint and a shrinkage separation on the lid. Circa 1820-1830, Vermont.
