Folk art ink and watercolor of a brick building cut and laid onto a painted landscape, unsigned. The building was perhaps an institution, town hall or school. The watercolor is in good condition, with lovely colors, but with some staining and wrinkling. It is framed in a period gold leaf frame. 19th century, possibly Mid-Western.
