Early shoe-footed hutch table, pine and oak. This graceful table sports a large oval top, shaped sides and beautifully shaped shoe feet. The oak battens and oak shoe feet are all original and both sport early chip carving. The lid on the seat under the top lifts to expose a storage area for place mats, tablecloths, etc. The table seats six comfortably. Mid-18th century, Hudson Valley or New England.
