Diminutive Chippendale slant-front desk, walnut. The desk sports attractive quarter columns and a nice interior, and sits on a bracket base. It is in good structural condition, with a repair to the lid, replaced brasses and the expected degree of wear and tear from age and usage. Circa 1790-1800, probably Southern U.S.
