Antique country shoofly rocker. This rocker was deaccessioned from the Shelburne Museum in Vermont and is a wonderful example of this type of toy. The rocker sports its original paint, and has some wear from age and usage. All in all, however, it is a very charming example of folk art. 19th century, New England.
